Fresh pasta and Sardinian artisan specialties for nearly 50 years
Pastificio "Farina & Fogarizzu" has been operating in the fresh pasta production market since the mid-1970s.
The current facility represents the second generation of a family that produces pasta according to traditional processing methods. In the early 1990s, the production cycle was integrated with the introduction of a deep-freezing plant.
The entire preparation of our products takes place within our plant through a continuous line that, starting from fresh, ends with the packaging of the frozen product.
Low-temperature abatement
Blast chilling at low temperatures makes it possible to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the product intact, completely avoiding the presence of preservatives that could alter its quality and fragrance. In addition, the completion of the entire production process in the plant allows us to meet high standards of preservation: a fundamental condition for compliance with the correct "cold cycle."
