For more than 40 years, Il Pastificio Tia Isa has been involved in the production of frozen foods such as fresh artisanal pasta, egg pasta and typically Sardinian stuffed pasta, which are frozen to be preserved as long as possible without altering the organoleptic characteristics.

Our laboratory, now in its second generation, is based at Localita' Ispadulalzu SNC in Pattada, in the province of Sassari.
