Our products, known and appreciated throughout Sardinia, are: Ravioli; Gnocchetti" sardi, Paccheri and Seada, sweet characteristic of our tradition. In keeping with the most traditional production methods, we use only fresh products.

Easy sourcing from dairy cooperatives adjacent to our operational headquarters allows us to produce our fillings with high freshness standards typical of "zero km" production.
